When can I expect my order?

We do our best to process and post orders before 5 pm, so the delivery time depends on the order time. Ordered on working days before 5 pm = delivered tomorrow, ordered after 5 pm = the day after tomorrow.

I have not yet received my order.

We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible, with a maximum delivery time of 2 working days. It is possible that problems with delivery may arise at PostNL, if your order does not arrive within 2 working days, please feel free to contact us. info[at]boobees.nl

Why don't I have track and trace?

We send small orders as letter mail and they are not linked to a track-and-trace code. You can opt for an insured package at checkout, which includes a track & trace.

What are the shipping costs?

Hopefully you are as excited about the products as we are. If there is a reason that you still want to return the products, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. (18 days after sending letter post)

Return costs.

€ 4.95 is charged for the return, these costs will be settled when the returned items are refunded. If a mistake has been made on our part, these costs will of course be waived. We will always look for a suitable solution.

How can I return?

At the bottom of this page you will find a contact form. Enter your details, order number and reason for return. We will send a shipping label so that you can easily return the item(s).

What should I do if the nipple covers do not stick?

If there are any quality problems, please send us an email and we can find a suitable solution together. We do ask you to send proof in the email that clearly shows what is defective.

Please note that the silicone adhesive layer does not work well in combination with dirty skin or skin treated with oils, lotions or body butters, etc. as indicated in the instructions for use.

Are the nipple covers suitable for pregnant/breastfeeding women?

The nipple covers are suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you can suffer from sensitive nipples / skin as a woman. Keep in mind that you do not wear the nipple covers for too long. Clean the skin and covers well after each use.

I don't react well to silicone, can I use your nipple covers?

The nipple covers are made of 100% silicone, so if you are known to be sensitive, we do not recommend it. If you would like to try them, make sure you don't wear them for too long and clean the covers and skin well after each use.

Can I combine the nipple covers with a bra?

Yes, you can combine the nipple covers with your bra, unpadded or padded, both are possible.

Are the nipple covers sweat or water proof?

Yes, the nipple covers are made of 100% sweat and waterproof. You can easily put them on during sports or swimming.

What is the best way to clean the nipple covers?

You can easily clean the nipple covers (and your skin) with soap and water, let the covers air dry thoroughly and stick the foil back on to prevent them from collecting dust.

How many times can use the nipple covers?

If you maintain the nipple covers properly, you can reuse them up to 50 times.

Can I use them on damaged skin?

No, if you have damage to the skin such as wounds, spots or burnt skin, you should avoid using this product.

Which size is best for me?

This varies enormously per cup size, we have 8 cm and 10 cm nipple covers in our range. Cup sizes vary so much by breast size and girth that it is difficult to determine. Grab a measuring tape and estimate which would fit best on your chest.
